Overview
The Sungrow X Plate for SG110CX / SG250HX is a spare AC sealing plate for the cable entry under the AC junction box of the inverter. According to the SG110CX and SG250HX manuals this sealing plate is needed when the AC side is connected with four separate single-core copper or aluminium cables instead of one multi-core cable; the figure in both manuals shows a plate with four cable glands. Sungrow states that this plate is supplied through the distributor.

Cable specification according to the manual: outer diameter per single-core cable 14 to 32 mm, cross-section L1, L2, L3 (N) 70 to 240 mm² for the SG110CX and 70 to 300 mm² for the SG250HX. With aluminium cable a copper-aluminium adapter terminal is required. The plate replaces the standard sealing plate; follow the inverter installation manual for fitting and tightening torques. The X Plate is not a mounting bracket: for horizontal installation of the inverter there is the X Rack for SG110CX/SG250HX.
