Overview
The Hoymiles AC Trunk End Cap for the single-phase trunk system protects the cable port of the last AC trunk connector at the end of a single-phase AC branch. Hoymiles offers this trunk system with 12/10 AWG trunk cable for the HM and HMS microinverters.

The matching AC trunk connector is 2P+PE, 300 V and 32 A (with 10 AWG / 6 mm² copper cable), IP68 and UL 94-V0, measures 150 x 40 x 110 mm and takes 12/10 AWG cable with 10 to 13 mm outer diameter at -40 to +85 °C.
To install the end cap, unlock the upper cover of the trunk connector with the AC Trunk Connector Unlock Tool. The single-phase trunk system is a different system from the Flex-S3 cable system (formerly HMS cable system), where a vacant trunk-connector port is covered with the Flex-S3 Sealing Cap.
