The LONGi LR7-54HVD-485 is a bifacial Hi-MO X10 glass-glass module rated at 485 Wp with a module efficiency of 23.8 percent. It uses 108 back-contact cells (HPBC 2.0, 6 x 18), dual glass of 2.0 mm and 1.6 mm with a transparent rear and a black anodised aluminium frame. Dimensions 1800 x 1134 x 30 mm, weight 23.5 kg.

Electrical data at STC (front side): Voc 40.64 V, Isc 15.08 A, Vmp 33.62 V and Imp 14.43 A. Bifaciality is 70 ± 5 percent and the temperature coefficient of Pmax is -0.26 %/°C. Maximum system voltage 1500 V DC, maximum series fuse rating 30 A, IP68 junction box.
Mechanically tested to 5400 Pa front load and 2400 Pa rear load, hail test with 25 mm hailstones at 23 m/s. Under the LONGi Hi-MO X10 warranty the module has a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. Supplied in pallets of 36 pieces.
