Overview
The KSTAR GreenFlow CDA48D is a 480 kW all-in-one DC fast charger for floor mounting on a plinth or base. Two CCS2 connectors on 5 m cables (7 m optional) charge two vehicles at once at 150 to 1000 V DC. Power comes from 30 or 40 kW charging modules; according to the datasheet the CDA48D exists air-cooled (rated 350 A, boost 500 A) and liquid-cooled (rated 500 A, boost 650 A). The charger is fed three-phase at 400 V AC ±10% and reaches up to 96% efficiency. Operation via a 15.6-inch display with four buttons; payment by RFID card, QR code or POS terminal, and a MID-certified energy meter (class B) measures each connector. Integration with a back-end platform via OCPP 1.6J over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G; dynamic load management is supported through the KSTAR EMS platform. The cabinet measures 850 × 2200 × 850 mm and is rated IP54 and IK10.
