Overview
The KSTAR GreenFlow CDA24D is a 240 kW DC fast charger in the 850 × 2200 × 650 mm all-in-one enclosure for floor mounting on a plinth or base. Two CCS2 connectors on 5 m cables (7 m optional) charge two vehicles at once at 150 to 1000 V DC, with a rated output current of 350 A (500 A boost). Power comes from 30 or 40 kW charging modules. The supply is three-phase 400 V AC ±10%, efficiency reaches up to 96% and the power factor is at least 0.99 between 50 and 100% load. Operation via a 15.6-inch display with four buttons, payment by RFID card, QR code or POS terminal and a MID-certified energy meter (class B) per connector. OCPP 1.6J over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G links the charger to a back-end platform. IP54 and IK10. For 240 kW KSTAR recommends an upstream 500 A / 400 V AC breaker and 3 × 185 + 2 × 95 mm² copper cable.
