Overview
This KSTAR GreenFlow DC fast charger delivers 120 kW, the lowest power step of the 120–240 kW range in the 850 × 2200 × 650 mm all-in-one enclosure. Two CCS2 connectors on 5 m cables (7 m optional) charge two vehicles at once at 150 to 1000 V DC; power comes from 30 or 40 kW charging modules. The charger is fed three-phase at 400 V AC ±10% and reaches up to 96% efficiency. Operation via a 15.6-inch display with four buttons and an RGB status LED; payment by RFID card, QR code or POS terminal. A MID-certified energy meter (class B) records each connector. Communication via OCPP 1.6J over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G, and with the vehicle per DIN 70121 and ISO 15118. The cabinet is rated IP54 and IK10 and stands on a plinth or base. For 120 kW KSTAR recommends an upstream 250 A / 400 V AC breaker and 3 × 70 + 2 × 35 mm² copper cable.
