Overview
The Hyxi HYX-DMU-4G is the data gateway (DMU) for Hyxi microinverters with Sub-1G communication, the -S versions. It receives the data of up to 400 PV modules, which means up to 400 1-in-1, 200 2-in-1 or 100 4-in-1 microinverters, and sends it via 4G (LTE, with SIM card) or Ethernet (RJ45, 100 Mb/s) to the Hyxi platform. Microinverters of the -SW version have built-in Wi-Fi and need no DMU; for sites with Wi-Fi there is the HYX-DMU-W.

Through its RS485 port the DMU works with a DDSU666 (single-phase) or DTSU666 (three-phase) meter for export limitation. Configuration and setting the grid code of the microinverters are done in the Hyxi app.
Indoor installation, IP20, 106 × 216 × 79 mm including base, 320 g, powered by an external 12 V/1 A adapter (2.5 W), operation from -20 to +65 °C, desktop or wall mounting. Hyxi provides a 5-year warranty on the DMU.
