Overview
The Hyxi DC-EC-1m is a 1 m DC extension cable for Hyxi microinverters. Hyxi uses it to bridge the distance between the DC input of the microinverter and the leads of the PV module, for example when the module leads are too short for the chosen mounting position.

The extension cable appears in the Hyxi installation guides for the Wi-Fi systems (HYX-M300-SW to HYX-M2000-SW) and the Sub-1G systems (HYX-M300-S to HYX-M2000-S) as a part that is not in the standard kit and is ordered separately. To release the DC connection between module and microinverter Hyxi uses the DC-Con-RET DC connector removal tool. Check beforehand that the connectors of the module in use match; Hyxi does not publish a connector type or conductor size for this article.
