Overview
The Hoymiles Flex-S3 Trunk Connector (model S3-TC-EN, formerly HMS Trunk Connector) connects the AC output of an HMS microinverter to the AC trunk and joins several Flex-S3 connection cables into one trunk. Together with extension connectors it lets you build a custom AC trunk.

The Flex-S3 cable system (formerly the HMS cable system) is the plug-and-play AC cabling for single-phase Hoymiles HMS microinverters. Its connectors are 2P+PE, 300 V and 40 A, IP68 and UL 94-V0, suitable for conductors up to 6 mm² and cable up to 16.5 mm outer diameter at -40 to +85 °C (IEC 61984); the connection cables are H07RN-F (450 V) in 2.5, 4 or 6 mm².
An unused port of the trunk connector, usually at the beginning of the trunk, is covered with the Flex-S3 Sealing Cap. The connector is not intended for the three-phase 3P-AC trunk of the HMT series.
