The 3P-AC trunk connector of this system is 3P+N+PE, 500 V and 32 A (with 10 AWG / 6 mm² copper cable), IP68 and UL 94-V0, measures 200 x 45 x 120 mm and takes 12/10 AWG cable with 13 to 18 mm outer diameter at -40 to +85 °C. The microinverter's AC sub connector plugs into the port of the trunk connector.
Per 12 AWG branch Hoymiles specifies a maximum of 8 HMT-1600-4T, 7 HMT-1800-4T or 6 HMT-2000-4T units; always check local requirements. The end of the branch is closed with the 3P-AC Trunk End Cap.
