Overview
The Sungrow PowerHarbor SMD100 is the 10 kWh battery module for the PowerHarbor all-in-one system with the hybrid inverters SH10TA, SH12TA and SH15TA. The module uses 314 Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells and has 10.0 kWh nominal and 9.7 kWh usable capacity, up to 100 % depth of discharge (settable) and 10000 cycles (90 % DoD, 0.5C, 25 °C) according to the datasheet. Rated charge and discharge 5180 W / 5000 W, maximum 5180 W / 6300 W and 5700 W / 6720 W peak for 10 s; operating voltage 300 to 950 V, communication via CAN.

The modules stack on the base without external cables, with 1 to 6 modules per inverter. Because each module has its own battery optimizer, Sungrow states that modules of a different capacity (6, 9 or 10 kWh) can also be added later. Protection against over- and undervoltage, overcurrent and over- and undertemperature and a disconnector are built in; Sungrow also lists cell-level monitoring and pack-level active fire suppression.
Dimensions 788 x 280 x 255 mm (excluding handles and connectors), 79 kg, IP66, for indoor and outdoor use, floor standing, natural convection, charge and discharge from -20 to 50 °C. Certificates according to the datasheet: CE, CB, IEC 62619, IEC 62040, UN38.3, VDE 2510-50, IEC 62477 and IEC 63056.
