Overview
The Hoymiles LB-7C-G1 is the control module (BMU) of the LB-G1 low-voltage battery: the top unit with master BMS, DC isolator and CAN/RS485 port to the inverter. One to four LB-5S-G1-PackA (5.12 kWh per pack) under one LB-7C-G1 form the LB-5S to LB-20S-G1 of 5.12 to 20.48 kWh.

The LB-G1 works at 51.2 V behind the Hoymiles HYS and HAS low-voltage hybrids (Hoymiles HYS-3.0LV-EUG1, HYS-4.6LV-EUG1 and HYS-5.0LV-EUG1); not behind the HYT/HAT high-voltage range and not behind the Dyness Tower. Exactly one BMU per tower, also when expanding to four packs.
Stack with the guide pins and quick-plug contacts, no loose DC cables between packs; only DC to the battery port and CAN to the inverter. Hoymiles grants 10 years warranty on the LB range.
