Overview
The Hyxi HYX-H-HTAC is the top module of HYXiPOWER's stackable AC battery system. Unlike the HTA it has no PV input and no MPPTs: the inverter works as an AC-coupled battery, and a grid-tied inverter from another manufacturer can optionally keep running on the AC side. A system consists of one inverter module, two to five battery modules and a base, and delivers 6, 9, 12 or 15 kW with 10.6, 15.9, 21.2 or 26.5 kWh of LiFePO4. In backup mode it supplies 6.6 to 16.5 kW continuously and a peak of 7 to 17.5 kW for 10 seconds; the switchover takes less than 10 ms. The complete stack is 700 mm wide and 200 mm deep and, depending on the number of battery modules, 1320 to 2370 mm high; the inverter module itself weighs 46.4 kg. The connection is three-phase (3/N/PE, 220/380 up to 240/415 V, 50/60 Hz) with a pass-through current of 63 A per phase. The system is IP67, naturally cooled, has smoke detection and a pressure relief valve, and communicates over CAN, RS485, Wi-Fi, 4G, LAN and PLC.
