Overview
The Hyxi HYX-M600-S is a 2-in-1 microinverter rated 600 VA for two PV modules in the 240-450+ Wp class, with a separate MPPT per module. Each input takes a maximum input current of 16 A (short-circuit current 20 A); the MPPT range is 16 to 60 V, the maximum input voltage 65 V and the start-up voltage 20 V. The output is single-phase 220/230/240 V, 50/60 Hz, with 2.61 A nominal current at 230 V; peak efficiency 96.7 percent, MPPT efficiency 99.8 percent and less than 30 mW night-time consumption.

This S version communicates over Sub-1G with a HYX-DMU-W or HYX-DMU-4G, which forwards the data to the Hyxi platform; according to Hyxi one DMU handles up to 400 PV modules. The version with built-in Wi-Fi is the HYX-M600-SW. Hyxi specifies at most 10 units per 10AWG branch and 8 per 12AWG branch at 230 V; local rules take precedence. The grid code is set in the Hyxi app.
Enclosure 252 × 180 × 35 mm (W × H × D), 3 kg, IP67, natural cooling without fans and operation from -40 to +65 °C. High-frequency transformer with galvanic isolation, built-in relay for physical disconnection, input reverse polarity protection, output overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection and anti-islanding. Certified to EN 50549-1 with Dutch deviations; 12-year standard warranty, optionally 25 years according to the datasheet.
