Overview
The Cobalt roof anchor (art. 9320300) is a mechanical anchoring point made of Magnelis and stainless steel for roofs where ballast is not an option, such as rail systems on pitched bitumen roofs and the ballast-free Cobalt flat-roof system. The anchor is fixed to a solid substrate such as steel deck, timber or concrete; choose plugs, screws or toggle bolts to suit that substrate. It is combined with the M10 threaded rod (art. 9500010) and a bitumen, EPDM or PVC cuff (other materials on request), which must be installed by a certified roofer (BRL 4702 / VCA). Quantities and positions follow from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions; for integrated roofing materials the warranty period of the material manufacturer applies.
