Overview
The Cobalt EPDM roll 44 x 3 mm (20 metres) is the rubber bedding strip for mounting profiles on corrugated and trapezoidal roofs: the strip goes between profile and sheet, spreads the load, damps vibration and prevents contact corrosion between aluminium and steel.

Cut to length per profile; one 20-metre roll covers roughly 30 landscape trapezoidal profiles or 50 short pieces. Matching Cobalt parts: Landscape damwandprofiel (incl. 2 schroeven) and Portrait damwand korte stukjes (L=394mm).
Cobalt's systems for corrugated and trapezoidal sheet are made of Magnelis steel, aluminium and recycled UV-stable PP, calculated to NEN 1991-1-3, NEN 1991-1-4 and NEN 7250, and use the same clamps as the tile and flat-roof systems. Every part fits with a T30 bit, the factory warranty is 20 years, and quantities per roof follow from the CoBuilder project plan.
