Overview
The Cobalt corrugated clip (art. 3000100) fixes mounting rails on corrugated sheet roofs. The clip is placed directly above a purlin, slid under the EPDM ring of a corrugated-sheet screw and secured; existing sheet screws can often be reused. Screw size and type are determined by a structural engineer or the sheet supplier. The water barrier under the clip ensures a watertight connection. The adapter takes the mounting rail with a twist-and-click movement, offers generous height adjustment and is tightened to at least 5 Nm. The corrugated clip features cable management. For modules with 30 to 45 mm frames; rail layout and span follow from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
