Overview
The Cobalt landscape ballast tray L=2322 mm (art. 1062322), called 'ballasttray angle bar' in the English Cobalt manual, is the middle option between ballast bracket and ballast container in cost and load capacity. The tray is placed between two mounting supports of the Cobalt flat-roof system, carries 300, 210 or 150 mm tiles and can be used up to a roof height of 16 metres; it is not suitable for gravel. Fixing the tray with self-tapping screws (above 6 Nm) also fixes the row spacing. A ballast carrier must not rest on the roof, not even when loaded. The Cobalt manuals list lengths of 1792, 1942 and 2322 mm; the correct length and the amount of ballast follow from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
