Overview
The Cobalt landscape starting base (art. 1001500) is the pre-assembled first support of a landscape row in the Cobalt flat-roof system. Place the starting base on the roof and rotate the upright 90 degrees upwards until it clicks. Following supports are coupled tool-free with a twist-and-click connection: with a landscape connector base (L=1500 or 1700 mm) or with a starting base plus connector. Modules are set at 10 degrees; the manual gives a landscape centre distance of 1500 mm and module widths of 950 to 1140 mm (up to 1060 mm on position P1, above that on P2) with frames of 30 to 45 mm. The rotated mounting feet can hold a wire tray up to 60 mm wide; according to Cobalt the feet are suitable for EPDM, PVC and TPO without an extra protective layer. The system is wind-tunnel tested and intended for roofs of 0 to 6 degrees; ballast plan and bill of materials come from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
