The Cobalt landscape steel-deck bracket (art. 4000430) is the short support bracket of the Cobalt Steeldeck system for horizontal (landscape) module mounting on trapezoidal and profiled steel roofs. According to Cobalt, the bracket is supplied complete with two pre-assembled self-drilling screws and a rubber water barrier on the underside, and it has integrated cable management. The bracket is 120 mm long and 36 mm high, made of high-grade aluminium with recycled UV-stable plastic (TPE+), and suitable for any type of steel deck from 0.6 mm sheet thickness. Modules with frames of 30 to 45 mm are clamped with the universal Cobalt middle and end clamps made of Magnelis steel, with a 12 mm gap. The Steeldeck system is rated for 2500 Pa uplift and 5400 Pa pressure (max. 2.3 m2 module), in accordance with EN 1991-1-3, EN 1991-1-4 and NEN 7250, for roof pitches from 10 to 90 degrees (contact Cobalt first for wall mounting). Quantities and positions per roof are determined with CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
