The Cobalt universal middle clamp, silver (art. 7110100), clamps two adjacent modules and is the one clamp for the whole Cobalt range: tiled roof, corrugated roof, roof anchor, Steeldeck and flat roof. The clamp is made of Magnelis steel. It clicks onto the rail or profile and is height-adjustable; a 12 mm gap remains between modules and the clamp width is 50 mm. The Cobalt manuals assume modules with frames of 30 to 45 mm (the 2026 materials lists state 28 to 50 mm). Torque: 5 Nm on tiled roofs and Steeldeck, a minimum of 4.5 Nm on flat roofs (T30 or SW10). The clamp has integrated equipotential bonding via bonding pins. The black version is art. 7100100. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
