The Cobalt flat-roof decoupling tool (art. 1903000) opens a coupled twist-and-click connection between two Cobalt flat-roof supports. Place the tool on the support to be disconnected, exactly at the indicated position (blue dot), squeeze it and rotate the support upwards. Cobalt lists the decoupling tool in the tools section of the east-west flat-roof manual, together with the CoBuddy spacer (art. 9006100). The supports of the Cobalt flat-roof system themselves couple tool-free; this tool is only intended to open a connection again.
