Overview
The Cobalt 6.0 x 80 pan-head screw is the timber screw for Cobalt roof hooks and screw hooks: the wide pan head clamps the hook foot flat onto batten or rafter and the 80 mm length gives enough thread depth in the timber.

Two screws per roof hook; drive with T30 at low speed, no pre-drilling in softwood. Matching Cobalt parts: Cobalt dakhaak universeel verstelbaar, Dakhaak universeel Pro (verstelbaar) and Dakhaak groot 43-45 mm.
The Cobalt pitched-roof system is made of Magnelis steel, high-grade aluminium and recycled UV-stable PP, rated at 2500 Pa uplift and 5400 Pa pressure per module up to 2.3 m2, and tested to NEN 1991-1-3, NEN 1991-1-4 and NEN 7250. Every part fits with one T30 bit, the factory warranty is 20 years, and quantities per roof follow from the CoBuilder project plan.
