The Cobalt rail coupler (art. 9107100) joins two Cobalt mounting rails end to end into one continuous rail. According to the Cobalt manual you slide one side of the coupler into the rail profile up to the stop lug and then slide the second rail over the coupler; a gap of about 1 mm remains between the coupled rails. The coupler appears in the material lists of the Cobalt tiled roof with clamp hooks, the corrugated clip, the roof-anchor rail system and the ballast-free flat-roof system. Clamps and couplers are fitted with bonding pins. According to the manual the tiled-roof system is intended for roof pitches of 10 to 70 degrees and modules with 30 to 45 mm frames; rail lengths and joints follow from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
