Portrait damwand korte stukjes (L=230mm)

The Cobalt portrait trapezoidal profile L=230 mm (art. 4100230) is the short aluminium support profile of the Cobalt Steeldeck system for portrait modules on trapezoidal steel roofs. A profile goes under every clamp, between the modules and at the end of a row. It does not need to be exactly centred under the clamp, but there must always be at least 15 mm between the end of the clamp and the end of the profile. The profile is fixed with the two thin sheet metal screws supplied as standard (minimum 5 Nm); these are intended for thin-walled sheet up to 1.5 mm, and for other roof build-ups Cobalt advises contacting the helpdesk. The underside is fitted with EPDM rubber. The middle and end clamps click onto the profile and are tightened to 5 Nm; the gap between modules is 12 mm. The system is intended for roof pitches of 10 to 70 degrees and 30 to 45 mm frames; keep 300 mm clear to the roof edge and ridge and provide a thermal break after a row length of at most 21 m. The profile is also available in 394 mm. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
