The Cobalt landscape trapezoidal profile is the short aluminium support profile of the Cobalt Steeldeck system for horizontal (landscape) module mounting on trapezoidal steel roofs. The profile is supplied complete with two pre-assembled screws and a rubber water barrier, so it can be screwed straight onto the roof. According to the Cobalt flyer the profile is 120 mm long and 36 mm high and suitable for any type of steel deck from 0.6 mm sheet thickness. Cable management is integrated so cables can be routed neatly. The modules are fixed with the universal Cobalt clamps made of Magnelis steel, for 30 to 45 mm frames and with 12 mm between modules. The clamps have bonding pins, so the modules within a row are bonded to each other; bonding between rows and to the installation follows NEN 1010. The number and position of the profiles follow from CoBuilder. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
