Overview
The Cobalt thin sheet metal screw 6 x 25 mm (art. 6516025) is the sheet metal screw of the Cobalt flat-roof system. According to the Cobalt 2026A manuals it is used, among other things, to fix the ballast-free adapter to the base profile and mounting rail with three screws at 4 Nm, to secure the wind deflectors/back plates at 8 Nm and to fasten the cable grommets of the side plates. For roof heights above 16 metres the east-west manual requires all connections to be secured with this screw at 8 Nm. Ballast containers and ballast trays are fixed with the self-tapping screws at more than 6 Nm. Quantities follow from the CoBuilder bill of materials. Warranty: 20 years under the Cobalt warranty conditions.
