The Cobalt seam clamp grips the standing seam of seam roofs (zinc, aluminium or steel) without drilling: the clamp pinches the seam and provides the connection point for the mounting rail, leaving the roof skin intact and watertight.

Tighten to the torque allowed by the seam-roof manufacturer, click the rail onto the adapter and lock with T30. Check the permitted seam load beforehand. Matching Cobalt parts: Montage rails (L=1208mm), Cobalt montage rail 2354 mm and Cobalt middenklem zwart.
Parts of the tile-roof system combine with a single bit (T30) and a single clamp family across all Cobalt systems. Load rating 2500 Pa uplift and 5400 Pa pressure, compliant with NEN 7250 and Eurocode wind zones, 20-year factory warranty under the terms on cobalt.solar/downloads.
