The LONGi LR7-54HVBB-465M is an EcoLife dual-glass module rated at 465 Wp, with 108 half-cut HPBC 2.0 back-contact cells (6 x 18), 2.0 mm plus 1.6 mm semi-tempered glass and a black anodised aluminium frame. LONGi positions it for high-end residential roofs: a pure black look without visible gridlines and with low glare. Electrical values at STC: Voc 40.20 V, Isc 14.68 A, Vmp 33.18 V and Imp 14.02 A; 353 W at NOCT. Temperature coefficients: Pmax -0.260 %/°C, Voc -0.200 %/°C, Isc +0.050 %/°C; NOCT 45 ± 2 °C. Maximum system voltage 1500 V DC (IEC), maximum series fuse rating 30 A, protection class II, fire rating IEC Class C, operating temperature -40 to +85 °C.
The module is rated for 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load and passes the hail test with 25 mm hailstones at 23 m/s. According to LONGi the cell design limits the effect of shading and prevents localised overheating. IP68 junction box, 4 mm² cable (+400/-200 mm or ±1200 mm). LONGi grants a 30-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty: less than 1 percent degradation in year 1, then 0.35 percent per year and 88.85 percent after 30 years. Packaging: 36 pieces per pallet, 216 per 20ft and 864 per 40ft HC container.
