Overview
With thirteen 17.92 kWh LFP modules, the KSTAR BC233DE2 is the 232.96 kWh BluePulse outdoor battery cabinet. Its 280 Ah cells form one cluster with a nominal voltage of 832 V and an operating range of 741 to 936 V. KSTAR pairs this cabinet with a PCS from the KAC80-125DP2 series; charging and discharging run at up to 0.5C (140 A), limited by the PCS. The 1324 × 2415 × 1440 mm cabinet weighs about 2630 kg, is rated IP54 with corrosion class C4 and operates outdoors from -30 to +50 °C, with an air conditioner that cools or heats. Its own BMS and EMS unit are built in, as are carbon monoxide detection, a sound and light alarm, an exhaust fan, an explosion vent and a fire-water inlet. Communication via Ethernet, CAN and RS-485 with the CAN and Modbus TCP/IP protocols.
