Overview
The KSTAR BluE-6KT-M1 is the 6 kW version of the three-phase BluE KT range, in the same 161 mm deep enclosure as the 3 to 12 kW models. Two MPPTs take one string each with up to 15 A input current and 20 A short-circuit current; the input withstands up to 1100 V DC at a nominal voltage of 650 V and the MPPT range runs from 140 to 1000 V. KSTAR states a DC/AC ratio of up to 1.3.

The output is 400/230 V (3P+N+PE) at 50/60 Hz (±5 Hz): 6000 W nominal, up to 6600 VA and 9.6 A maximum output current. Maximum efficiency 98.4 percent, European efficiency 97.5 percent. For power limitation or zero export, KSTAR names the SPC01 Power Control Box, which works with KSTAR three-phase grid-tied inverters from 3 to 125 kW via RS-485.
The transformerless enclosure measures 380 × 483 × 161 mm and weighs less than 17 kg; IP66, natural cooling, operation from -25 to +60 °C up to 4000 m altitude. A DC switch, anti-islanding, output overcurrent and reverse-polarity protection, string fault detection, insulation detection and AC short-circuit protection are built in; surge protection DC type II and AC type III, type II optional. Communication via RS-485, with a Wi-Fi or 4G logger for monitoring; operation via LCD. KSTAR gives a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty on this on-grid inverter.
