Overview
The Cobalt 3500 mm mounting rail is the carrier profile of the tile-roof system: an extra-stiff aluminium section that needs fewer roof hooks per module than light rails. The adapter between rail and hook comes pre-assembled and clicks in place, after which a single screw connection locks the rail.

Extend rails with the rail splice and finish them with the end cap; modules of 30 to 45 mm clamp with mid and end clamps at a 12 mm gap. Choose rail length by the number of modules per row and keep offcuts low by combining lengths. Matching Cobalt parts: koppelstuk montagerails, Eindkap montagerail (zwart) and Cobalt dakhaak universeel verstelbaar.
The Cobalt pitched-roof system is made of Magnelis steel, high-grade aluminium and recycled UV-stable PP, rated at 2500 Pa uplift and 5400 Pa pressure per module up to 2.3 m2, and tested to NEN 1991-1-3, NEN 1991-1-4 and NEN 7250. Every part fits with one T30 bit, the factory warranty is 20 years, and quantities per roof follow from the CoBuilder project plan.
