Overview
The AEG-EBDUP-H2 (AEG product code AS-BMH08-DUP) is the parallel control unit of the AEG AS-BSH08 high-voltage battery. It links two battery columns into one system of 31.8 to 53 kWh (AS-BSH08-30K to 50K, 30 to 50 kWh usable) and raises the maximum charge and discharge current from 32 A per column to 60 A.

In such a system each column keeps its own AEG-BDU (AS-BSH08-DU), AS-BMH08-5K battery modules and base; the DUP is an extra unit on the master column, which is therefore 50 mm taller. Weight 10.5 kg, communication via CAN and RS485, protection rating IP65 (modules IP67), operating temperature -10 to +50 °C and altitude up to 4000 m.
Required as soon as an installation needs more than five modules (26.5 kWh) per system. AEG provides a 10-year product warranty on the AS-BSH08 range.
