The AEG-Battery Pack 5kWh (AEG product code AS-BMH08-5K) is the stackable high-voltage battery module of the AEG AS-BSH08 range: 5.3 kWh total and 5 kWh usable at 95 percent DoD, nominal 102.4 V (86.4 to 115.2 V), grade A+ LiFePO4 cells and 44 kg per module. The module is a separate item; the AEG-BDU and the AS-BMH08-BP base are needed per column.

One BDU with one to five modules forms a system of 5.3 to 26.5 kWh (AS-BSH08-5K to 25K) with 3 kW nominal power per module and up to 32 A charge and discharge current; with the AEG-EBDUP-H2 the system grows to 53 kWh and 60 A. The same module is also used in the All-in-One system with the AS-ICH08-A-2 inverter module (two to five modules).
Module IP67, system IP65, operating temperature -10 to +50 °C, altitude up to 4000 m. According to AEG unlimited cycles down to 70 percent remaining capacity and a 10-year product warranty on the AS-BSH08 range. The AEG datasheet gives 700 x 600 x 200 mm for the complete 5K system (BDU, one module and base).
