Overview
The KSTAR BC107DE2 is the 107.52 kWh outdoor battery cabinet of the BluePulse series, in an enclosure of 1062 × 2083 × 1371 mm. Six 17.92 kWh LFP modules with 280 Ah cells form one 384 V cluster (operating range 342–432 V). Charging and discharging run at up to 0.5C with a rated current of 140 A; actual power is limited by the connected PCS. Its own BMS and EMS unit control the cabinet, an air conditioner cools or heats, and fire safety comes from carbon monoxide detection, a sound and light alarm, an exhaust fan, an explosion vent and a fire-water inlet. At about 1430 kg, IP54 and corrosion class C4 it is installed outdoors at -30 to +50 °C. Communication via Ethernet, CAN and RS485. KSTAR pairs the BC107DE2 with a PCS from the KAC50DP2 or KAC80-125DP2 series.
