Overview
The Hyxi HYX-E50B-H2 is the 5.3 kWh LiFePO4 battery pack (102.4 V nominal, working range 86.4-115.2 V) of the stackable Hyxi H2 high-voltage battery. One to five packs on a base with the HYX-EBDU-H2 BDU on top form a column of 5.3 to 26.5 kWh (HYX-E50-H2 to HYX-E250-H2); with the HYX-EBDUP-H2 parallel BDU and a second column, 31.8 to 53 kWh are possible (HYX-E300-H2 to HYX-E500-H2).

Each pack weighs 44 kg, is rated IP67 and has a combined high-voltage and communication connector at the top and bottom, so the packs connect as they are stacked. Each pack provides 5 kWh usable energy (95 percent depth of discharge) at 3.0 kW nominal power. Hyxi only publishes system dimensions: HYX-E50-H2 (BDU, one pack and base) measures 700 × 600 × 200 mm, every extra pack adds 350 mm of height. Maximum charge and discharge current is 32 A per column and 60 A with the BDUP, lifetime more than 6000 cycles down to 70 percent remaining capacity, operating temperature -10 to +50 °C. BDU and base are ordered separately.
Hyxi declares the H2 battery compatible with the hybrid inverters HYX-H3K-HS to HYX-H8K-HS, HYX-H5K-HT to HYX-H12K-HT and HYX-H15K-HT to HYX-H25K-HT. Check the battery voltage window of the inverter: HS 80-490 V, HT 150-600 V. According to the Hyxi manual the battery is installed indoors. Hyxi provides a 10-year warranty under its European warranty terms.
