Overview
The Kstar E6KS-D22 is the most powerful inverter in the single-phase BlueSpark series: 6000 W on the grid at 230 V and also 6000 W on the backup output. It stacks as the top module on the LiFePO4 battery packs, with no loose wiring between the modules. The 48 V battery input charges and discharges at up to 125 A. Two MPPTs with one string each operate from 120 to 480 V at up to 500 V DC; Kstar recommends up to 10 kW of PV power at STC. Maximum PV efficiency is 97.2 % and European efficiency 96.5 %. The IP66 enclosure measures 725 × 390 × 245 mm. Communication runs over RS485 and Wi-Fi, with 4G or Ethernet as an option, and AFCI is optional. Grid metering is set to CT by default; as a smart meter Kstar recommends the CHINT DDSU666.
